We understand that you have more than likely found our website through our on-line marketing , that is good we have paid a lot of money for you to ‘stumble across us’ as more than one client has put it. We believe that the industry can be very intimidating. A lot of the time in jewellery store’s it’s uncomfortable and may feel like a church shhh don’t make a noise. Our consultants are trained to give advice and help you put together the perfect ring according to what you want to spend. Imagine that. A company that will take your needs and help you put together what you want. Our consultants have been in the trade for many years some of them being qualified jewellers.

Custom made:

You get to custom make your ring according to the amount you wish to spend or a design you have in mind or with the help of our consultants for those who have no idea (you do have an idea, it just needs to be encouraged out of you). We also believe what better way to say I love you than working together with a trained professional to get the perfect ring.

Price:

As you can see we are a lot less expensive than traditional jewellery store’s. Please see our workshop section to learn about our master goldsmiths and the quality of piece we produce.  People often ask why are you so cheap?  Our answer is the system we use, our branches are all located in great office blocks and via appointment only. We do not have to pay R50 000 a month plus 10% turnover tax to the V & A waterfront, canal walk, Sandton square. We don’t have to kit that fancy store with lots of full time and temporary staff for weekends. We don’t have to pay more for diamonds and jewellery because we are keeping other suppliers stock for long periods of time. All this leads to us selling at a cost price plus small mark-up. No difference in quality but a difference in price AKA Wholesale prices.

Please call SARS to verify, find out if we are up to date on our taxes SARS -  0860 00 27 77 or for more www.sars.gov.za . We officially opened Craig Marks Agencies T/A Craig Marks Diamonds in 2008 however have been trading as Craig Marks Diamonds since 2007. Together with our staff and jewellers we have over 100 years of jewellery experience.
