Thanks For The Great Service!!

I would just like to discuss one of your employee’s, Lindsay in particular. I called your offices a couple of weeks ago, and she happened to answer the phone. I enquired about a diamond that I had seen on the website, I did not know the reference number, or anything really, I actually gave her a very vague description of the ring and she claimed that she knew exactly which one I was talking about. 

We discussed it for a while, I promised to get back to her and give her the exact number of the ring so that we could discuss it further. I gave her my e-mail address and hung up. To my surprise I got to the office the next day, and Lindsay had e-mailed me a picture of the ring, and I had hardly given any kind of description but she knew exactly which ring I was talking about!

And that was the beginning of her professionalism, I was still to be more presently surprised. I had only been making an enquiry,  but my dealings with Lindsay has absolutely convinced me that there is no other place that I would rather buy a ring from. She has been honest, professional and such a delight to deal with. 

She has been so sincere, that I do believe that she has my best interests at heart, and is going out of her way to help me with absolutely everything. Now I have been shopping around for quite some time, and the last impression that I have gotten from anyone is that they have taken your wallet, and best interests to heart. In fact I have gotten the complete opposite from everyone I have dealt with.

I was beginning to think that this was a snobbish and exclusive type industry. That is until, I had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsay. Thanks to her, I have recommended you guys to everybody within earshot! I still have not bought the ring, but so far the whole experience has been pain free, and an absolute pleasure! 

Thank you for the wonderful service that I have received thus far, and with an employee like her, I am sure you will be getting plenty more e-mails like this.
